Prices at The Signature are softer than they were 6 months ago. The one bedrooms are selling for similar prices to some strip studios. We have been selling the Signature at Mgm Grans since pre construction days and are familiar with and understand the market trends.
The one bedroom corner until at the MGM Signature are 874 sq. ft. The studios are 520 sq. feet. Only SOME strip side studios have balconies - No mountainside studies have balconies. All one bedrooms have balconies. Balconies in a high rise are a really nice thing to have, as you can let some fresh air in and take in the amazing views, which become quite dramatic at night with all the glittering lights.
It is interesting the price spread between one bedrooms and studios have narrowed. There is intrinsic value on a purchasing a one bedroom at The Signature - especially when you factor in the price per square foot acquisition basis.
