I had sold some homes in the Trails Village quite a few years ago, and used to run into my clients at the Starbucks in the Trails Villare Center, who profusely thanked me each time we met, for helping them relocate to Summerlin. These Summerlin Las Vegas foreclosure are attractive to investors, as the rental market is Summerlin is a strong one. There are so many good schools, both public and private in the area, great shopping, and the new TIVOLI VILLAGE shopping center.
